Lezlie Terry

I’m Lezlie Terry, and I’m BEYOND excited to dive deeper into the Buckner Fanning community as a part-time PE teacher! After several years of being part of BFSMS as a parent, I’m excited to experience this community in a whole new way.

I am fiercely loyal and head over heels for my husband and our three girls! I also love new places, new cultures, and new people. I’m ENDLESSLY curious about the world around me and ALWAYS up for a new adventure.

My faith in Jesus Christ is at the center of my life and shapes the way I try to love, serve, and see others. I’m grateful for the opportunity to teach in a Christian school where faith can be part of helping children grow not only physically, but also in confidence, character, and kindness.

I have a bit of an addiction to endurance sports—especially running! I love taking on challenges that push me outside my comfort zone. Some of my most meaningful lessons about faith have come struggling through miles, and I love seeing how often the lessons of endurance—doing hard things, getting back up, trusting when you can’t see the finish line, and simply taking the next step—mirror the way God teaches and strengthens us throughout life.

And one last thing that may be a little embarrassing—I love Disney. I mean, really love Disney!
