Kimberly Harris

I graduated from Texas A&M University, WHOOP. I taught fourth grade for five years and second grade for one year before staying home to start a family. While my kids were little, I worked for my church in Garden Ridge.  I was blessed to serve as the  Preschool Director and then as the Children’s Minister. When my youngest was headed to kindergarten, I chose to go back to work full time at my kids’ school where I taught pre-kindergarten for seven years.

God has shaped me into the teacher I am today through all the people and experiences He has placed in my path! My passion is partnering with parents to grow children in God’s love and appreciate the uniqueness of all His children!

In my free time, I enjoy traveling to visit friends and family! My travel takes me to baseball games to watch my son play for his college team and day trips with my daughter to Fredericksburg to enjoy the outdoors while just wandering around the sweet town. I LOVE spending as much time outside as possible at the pool, the beach, or just in my back yard with my dog.

I am truly blessed to be a part of the BFSMS family and am excited to begin my eighth year with the amazing staff and families!
