Julee Evans

Hi there! I'm Julee, and I've been part of the education world for quite a while—29 years in Northeast ISD teaching first, second, and third grades, and then 10 more wonderful years here at Buckner Fanning School. I started out in the classroom teaching 1st and 2nd grade, and now I’ve traded crayons and storybooks for spreadsheets and budgets as the Business Manager.

I grew up in beautiful Hawaii (yes, it was as amazing as it sounds), then headed to Washington State University when my parents moved to the mainland. After college, I made my way to San Antonio to kick off my teaching career—and I’ve been here ever since!

I’m married with two grown kids, and I love spending time with my family. These days, traveling to visit loved ones is a big part of my life—and cruising has become my absolute favorite way to explore the world. There’s just something magical about waking up in a new place with ocean views and endless buffets!
