Director of Development
As the Director of Development, I am deeply passionate about our school’s mission and fully committed to its growth and success.
My journey with the school began as a parent, and like so many others, I’ve been profoundly moved by the way BFSMS has nurtured and empowered my daughter—not just academically, but spiritually. One of my greatest joys is hearing her sing chapel songs as we drive away from school, a sweet reminder that she is learning the Word of God and growing in faith each day. There is truly nothing more fulfilling than watching your child thrive in a space that challenges, inspires, and supports them.
Professionally, I bring a unique blend of nonprofit and corporate experience, including eight years at the American Heart Association and over a decade of management experience for Nordstrom. I also had the privilege of serving as our school's PTC President for two years, which gave me a firsthand view into the strength and spirit of our community. Drawing from these experiences, I am eager to build meaningful partnerships, enhance our outreach efforts, and expand the impact of our remarkable school.
Outside of school, my greatest joy is spending time with my family—my husband Aaron, our daughter Ellie, and our very lovable dog, Angel. I also enjoy connecting with friends, many of whom I’ve come to know through our shared experiences at the school. Being part of this vibrant and supportive community is truly special to me, and I look forward to further advancing the mission that makes it so exceptional.
Two Bible verses that have anchored me through life’s challenges are Philippians 4:6–7 and Philippians 4:13. “Do not be anxious about anything… and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Alongside, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” These scriptures have carried me through seasons of hardship and uncertainty, reminding me that while life is hard, faith equips us to face each day with courage, peace, and purpose.
